Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.

Please leave 90 minutes for a 60 minute massage.  This gives us time to discuss the changes going on in your body and how best to manage these changes at home as well.

Sometimes it is easier to bring Massage Therapy to you.  This service is available on a limited availability, and to previous office clients only.  It is a great option for clients who cannot manage stairs, or who are finding it difficult to get out for a massage for whatever reason.  Perhaps both spouses want to get a massage - you can trade off watching the kids while the other relaxes.  Perhaps a group of moms want to arrange a playdate for their kiddos while they take turns getting massages.  I am sure there are many reasons why an in-home massage makes sense!

In-home visits are best arranged in advance, but always check in even if you are in need immediately as sometimes things just work out when you need them to!
